Human Resource / General Affairs Generalist
JiWon Han Joined Securitas Korea in 2023 as the Human Resource & General Affairs Generalist. She handles the onboarding and offboarding of all direct and indirect employees. Her main responsibility includes calculating employees’ compensation and updating our internal payroll databases to ensuring timely payments. As part of her general affairs duties, Jiwon ensures that Securitas Korea has the company insurances and licenses up to date. She also provides additional support to all employees such as employee welfare, education management, and medical checkups.
Before joining Securitas Korea, she was in charge of HR management for a public institution for more than 7 years.
